I gave RJ lock a key to my pool house gate which is very difficult to reproduce. They made one only to find out that it did not fit nor did it work. When I returned the next day, they patiently searched for a correct key, made a duplicate, and it worked. Really appreciate their standing behind their products.

Accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. Roy was very nice and helpful. He came out himself since he couldn’t reach his coworker who was closer. Definitely recommend!
