What a wonderful experience compared to the last one! This business is a stand out! From the receptionist who took my call to the locksmith who fixed my problem, they were courteous, prompt (same-day service with no extra fees), and neat!

I came in thinking I needed a new key fob but ended up just needing a new battery. They were very quick, very polite, good with kids, and very affordable. I actually went to a dealership to get this fixed and they claimed that my key remote was completely dead and I would need to replace it completely. Thankful that I went here and wish I had gone here a year earlier!

I’m not sure why they have to ask for all your information (car name and model, phone number, address, card etc.) over the phone and then says someone will call you back before quoting you a price. This practice seems unsavory. The guy who went to the phone was not friendly.

I locked myself out of my condo for the first time in 15 years. This company charged me $425 to replace my doorknob lock because the first method the technician used didn’t work (which if it had worked, they would’ve charged me $325!). This is insane pricing!!! I never expected to pay this much for locksmith services. I googled how much locksmith services usually charge for home lockouts and the average was $85-$175. Hoping I will never find myself in this situation again. If I do, I won’t be calling these people. Save your money, call someone else, and ask for pricing upfront. Learn from my mistake!!

Not for the service but the second woman on the phone was terrible at communicating. I asked if one of her technicians could help with a safe. I asked who do they refer if they can’t open it. She got nasty like i was wasting her time with questions and then hung up on me

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!
