Total dissatisfaction. Technician called and said he was on his way, would arrive in an hour. 2 hours later still no technician. Called back and was told the technician would call me. 1 hour later called to cancel and wanted to schedule for the next day.

I’ve purchased about several keys in the past and all worked perfectly no design ! However, recently I purchased 2 keys and one free key total of 3 keys. The free key worked perfectly Washington wizard design. I made two copies of a different key one with a design and one without. The one with the army design didn’t work properly. It would unlock my door but not lock wouldn’t turn to the opposite side to lock. But the key without the design worked perfectly locked and unlocked. I would definitely use again.

This was my first time using it. Had to take time learning how to use it. Had to copy 4 different keys. Wished that I could make one after another but I had to make one key at a time then pay for it. For each key I had to make pay, remove credit card then start over for each key. Plus, instructions was not clear when the machine offered to make a second key for half the amount. So I ended up making a second I identical key when I was thinking that could make a new key.
