My parents locked their protective large male German shepherd in their truck. I called and the rest was taken care of. Popalock did great! 10/10 recommend! Paid $100 but was charged $67. Tech kept the rest as tip.

The key didn’t work at all very disappointed and would love a refund I really needed it to work so I can have extra key for my apartment now I have to pay more money since the key didn’t work.

I rated the overall experience as a 4 as I thought it took too long to make one key. I was standing in the automotive section of Walmart after closing (in a dark area) to get the key made. And, I was to buy two keys and get one free but the price paid did not reflect such.

Called to have new doorknob installed & was giving an appointment date that fitted my schedule. The gentleman who arrived was very professional & courteous! Dad and I ran to Walmart to make two keys and there was a little trouble reading the key but a second try did the trick and keys were made. Definitely will be using that again!

Very Convenient, but one of the keys made was stuck in the drop bin and I could not retrieve it. Other than that everything good. It was a weekend, so I could not contact anyone and the Lowe’s employee could not help either. I had to leave the key.
