Vending machine was easy to use. Fast and simple. I liked all the different designs / emblems for the keys. Instead of just Silver or Gold. Key was cut and worked perfectly. Would use vending machine again when and if needed.

If you’ve called and called and called a bunch of places and had no luck on getting what you need done or they ask for too much money GO WITH THIS GUY! We were quoted $400-600 from the dealership and he quoted us less ithan half that price. He was so nice and he explained how he was gonna fix our issue, and he got here fast and got the job done quickly! I was honestly impressed. Definitely gonna go through him if we need anything fixed again. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great customer service! Came into the store with some locks to rectify a security issue and even though it was about an hour and a half before they close, they took on the job and got me fixed up same day

Although not all of my keys worked, I gave 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service when I called for a refund. I had two transactions and one set of keys worked perfectly but the other didn’t. Not sure what the issue was but Minute Key customer service took care of the refund immediately when I called.
