The keys would not work in the lock at first. So I used some sandpaper and graphite lubricant. They work OK now.

The keys didn’t work, now I have to travel an hour back to the store to get new ones, get a refund or just go somewhere else and not use the service anymore

I’m not from here and I locked myself out of my car. I picked King’s because they had the best Google rating, and I am so glad I did. I was driving my husband’s “baby.” The tech was here in 15 minutes and was able to safely open the door in a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend them. And the price was less than I anticipated as well. I hope I never have to use them again, lol, but if I do, at least I’ll know who to call.

I brought a broken door lock. Guys fixed it while a was waiting. They easily could sell me a new one. They are rare breeds of the business people who don’t try to take advantage of their customers.
I’m greatly appreciated them for being honest and not greedy.

They had someone I could barely understand and they was not informative at all. Kept saying there’s no technician available to make me another key and when I asked them if I could call back the next say if one would be available and they then said I had to take it to the dealership. I then asked if this key was not makeable they hung up on me. When a company hangs up on you that’s is the single most unprofessional way of doing business.
