They was quick to respond (15 minutes) as my key in key fob didn’t work to get me into my car as the battery died. Quick response the next day in getting me an actual receipt with car info on it so I can fight FMC for reimbursement and new key/key fob. Thanks guys!

On vacation with my toddler grandson and left my keys inside the car at Cumberland Falls! I was able to find them even though cell service was sketchy. I got a hold of the nicest gentleman Nick and even though we were out of his location he made his way to us! So thankful!

Al has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. During an extremely busy week of mine, my car ignition froze up. I called Al at 9pm, he answered, diagnosed my issue, and due to my busy schedule, he met me the next night at 10:30PM at his shop. Fixed my car in less than a day for a great price. Would recommend Al and the lock geek to any of my friends and family.

only reason 3 stars is because the machine said hey make a key only 4 dollars then it adds 24 cent yea I know this is taxes but it’s that kinda deception that leads to mistrust in such simple circumstance if it’s 4 dollars make that tax included the only way I found this out was though my credit card app because I don’t recall it ever saying four dollars plus taxes!! 24 cents is not that big of a deal breaker but I just feel lied to about it
every 4 customers is relatively a dollar add that up over 1000 nds of customers
