They was quick to respond (15 minutes) as my key in key fob didn’t work to get me into my car as the battery died. Quick response the next day in getting me an actual receipt with car info on it so I can fight FMC for reimbursement and new key/key fob. Thanks guys!

I called on a Wednesday about issues with my original key fob and was given a very reasonable quote. We arrived about 20 minutes early for our appointment, and everything went exactly as promised we were in and out within the timeframe they originally gave us.

The customer service was very friendly, and the work was fast and professional. Highly recommend!

Convenient when a locksmith is closed, but cost twice as much for the sharp edge cut and won’t work when used. You will have to pay an extra $2 to get the machine rough up the key and hope that helps. I will just wait for a locksmith to open going forward.

It’s nice being able to get keys made at any time and without wondering if a person is going to mess the process up. I was a bit skeptical at first, but all 3 keys came out perfect and all 3 work. The only negative aspect, in my opinion, is that their pricey. I believe 4.99 was the lowest cost.

Like everything else, prices for getting keys made have gone up, but I needed them and this kiosk worked perfectly. It took just a few minutes to cut 3 identical and perfect keys, right inside the door of Walmart.

We had to have a couple of house keys made. We used the Minute Key Kiosk at Lowes. We got to have them made in a design that we liked. The cost was okay and it took about 4-5 minutes for both. We also got one free for having two made.
