They was quick to respond (15 minutes) as my key in key fob didn’t work to get me into my car as the battery died. Quick response the next day in getting me an actual receipt with car info on it so I can fight FMC for reimbursement and new key/key fob. Thanks guys!

It was posted it would be only 6 something and instead I was charged 8 something so deceptive pricing and I don’t like that at all but it works so that is a plus mabie more transparent pricing next time

I had a house key made decal was high quality the cut of the key was precise worked on first use only issues was that there was metal burrs and shaving stuck on the key teeth I couldn’t use a wire brush to get them off because it would scratch off the decal

I could not get anyone to make a spare key for my 1976 Harley Davidson anywhere. Jim made me a spare no problem. Additionally, he was instrumental in repairing a back door at my business. Could not recommend him enough.
