On vacation with my toddler grandson and left my keys inside the car at Cumberland Falls! I was able to find them even though cell service was sketchy. I got a hold of the nicest gentleman Nick and even though we were out of his location he made his way to us! So thankful!

Lost the key to my Jeep and needed a replacement made, but I knew it’d have to be cut and programmed. This guy was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He came very quickly, in the pouring rain, he made me 2 keys, cut them and programmed the key fobs and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Very reasonable price!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and this company will be the one to call if I should need this service again.

Great people to call when you lock yourself outta the car! Was closing time for them but still sent someone out very quickly. I had it open a few seconds before he got there but the guy was super nice, polite and very quick. Would highly recommend them if you get locked out of your vehicle!

Got an aftermarket key fob programmed to my truck there today. He did a great job only took a few minutes. The guy was real nice and looked up my trucks key code and gave it to me in case I ever lose my key.

I could not get anyone to make a spare key for my 1976 Harley Davidson anywhere. Jim made me a spare no problem. Additionally, he was instrumental in repairing a back door at my business. Could not recommend him enough.

They market all over that they are 24/7 and can fix any lock yet they don’t return calls. I called on a Friday at 2:30 and left message my lock was locked and would not unlock on my front door. No return call. I heard nothing all weekend. Monday I called again. Left another message. They say they will return calls promptly. Left both messages on recorders due to no one answers. Still no call and it’s Thursday evening, 6 days after original call. Pathetic way to do business. No excuse. Change your marketing if you can’t deliver.
