On vacation with my toddler grandson and left my keys inside the car at Cumberland Falls! I was able to find them even though cell service was sketchy. I got a hold of the nicest gentleman Nick and even though we were out of his location he made his way to us! So thankful!

I called on a Wednesday about issues with my original key fob and was given a very reasonable quote. We arrived about 20 minutes early for our appointment, and everything went exactly as promised we were in and out within the timeframe they originally gave us.

The customer service was very friendly, and the work was fast and professional. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this locksmith if I could give him a 10 star I would. I lost my keys at Walmart. Within 30 minutes after I called I was in my car with a new key and fob to get in my car. And trust me a whole lot cheaper than the dealer I called, and I was going to have to have my car hauled to the dealer. I was so thankful to have a local locksmith that knew what he was doing. Very convenient as well as quick and easy to use. The machine made the key and dispensed it on site. They offer several different designs as well that you can have sent to you in the mail if you want a certain design.

It was my first time using this type of machine. It was not too difficult. The key works fine. I did not like that it had sharp edges, and you do not know what the cost is until you agree to have the key made. ($7). Otherwise it is fine.

I just can’t believe that a regular house key is $10/$11 dollars for a copy to be made. The key for my truck they said had to be special made and programmed and I would get it in a week or so but my truck key had no programed key. Which it was at a discounted $25 or so dollars. I shouldn’t complain much because that machine is only place I know to get a key copied within 30 miles of me. Won’t use this service again. Just really really shocked.

Convenient when a locksmith is closed, but cost twice as much for the sharp edge cut and won’t work when used. You will have to pay an extra $2 to get the machine rough up the key and hope that helps. I will just wait for a locksmith to open going forward.
