If I could leave no stars I would. First person I talked to sounded out of the country. Hard to understand and harder to be understood. The tech said 1/2 hour. 2 hours later finally talked to him and said forget it. Then I get a call from his supervisor wanting to go thru with the billing and I could not get him to understand the tech was a no show. I hung up.

Machine was easy to use and the key worked great. The only negative I have is that the cost of the service was extremely pricey. I will use another store the next time I need a key. Price was 3 times what it usually costs to have a key made. I will say it was a unique experience.
