I have had to use Lafayette Locksmith multiple times – in the past when I worked for an agency that used them to change our locks and also at my home to change my locks. Well…I locked myself out of my home but the guy was there literally in less than 20 minutes. Not only did he unlock it but I asked him to change the lock to match the deadbolts and he did it right there. Not expensive at all. These guys are always fast, professional, on point and know what they are doing. Very trustworthy and I will ALWAYS use them! Great customer service always!

Tim came by to help me when I locked my keys in my car; he’s the nicest man you’ll ever meet. Real grandfatherly fellow with interesting stories I enjoyed! It didn’t take long at all for him to unlock my car. Thank you so much! I hope you can truly retire soon Tim 🙂

I was told by the customer service rep for Geico that it may take at least 30 minutes (fix a flat) which I was okay with that but it only took 10 minutes but the Pop-A-Lock associate to come. Mr Chris M. Was so professional and fix my tire which was very bad blowout basically in less than 10-15 minutes conversation was great the whole time fixing my flat he was awesome and a Christian believer of God. Awesome young man. He is definitely an access to your company. Thank you so much Mr Chris M.

I broke a piece of my car key off of my key and had it stuck in my ignition. These hard working people were able to go out to my car, after I had it towed there, and get the key out of the ignition, they did this in almost 90° weather with no complaints. A previous locksmith that I had try and help me failed to do this. After they got the key out they tried 3 different ways to get me a new key, since unfortunately they didnt have one on hand and they don’t make my original anymore. The first trick they tried unfortunately was a bust, the second one worked but was not super reliable, and the third worked perfectly. They tried all of these with no extra cost towards me, and were very willing to explain the whole process for me. I will be taking any key or lock related problems to these people from now on, absolutely would recommend.

Excellent service! If Could give 10 stars, I would! I called this company, they came out to my house within 24 hrs. They went above and beyond what I expected. I received my key in the mail within the time frame promised at the kiosk. And I really appreciate the idea of getting an extra key you may need without actually physically having the key, so long as it has been copied there before and the data is stored. That’s an awesome feature to offer. 😊
