Fast. Professional. Honest. Reasonable and fair prices. Scott and Mike were awesome. They got me scheduled for two big jobs and were finished in a day. Fantastic experience with Dave. He came in on Saturday July 4th(!) to work on my 2 replacement car fobs. Cut and programmed for half the price of others I looked at. Had one working fob, brought my own blanks, easy and fast. Promptly responded to my email requesting a quote.

Great services, however the final price was not close to the quote I was originally given due to additional fees that were not disclosed upfront. I completely understand that extra charges can come up depending on the service, but it would have been helpful to have those communicated beforehand when discussing general pricing. I was pretty surprised when the total ended up being much higher than expected.

What a wonderful company. Krystina was great setting up my appointment and getting David out to me in an instant to get me in my door where the lock jammed and I was locked out. I then had David come out a few weeks later to redo my locks. Wow! What a great job. He rekeyed my entire house, put in a lock and keypad I can access to the internet, updated the brass on my security doors, and made the experience seem less. My old highlands door was a pain to work on I know but he did an amazing job! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

There’s no website to display prices so I’ll let you know now to expect to pay $270 for a car lockout. Go literally anywhere else for a more reasonable price. The locksmith was also 20 minutes late. For that price I would expect punctuality.

Pretty cool little kiosk! You just pop your key in, pick a design, pay, and boom — new key in minutes. I made a house key and it worked great. Super convenient having it right inside Kroger while shopping. Only thing — the price felt a bit on the high side.

New key is not great. It will lock or unlock the door but requires you to jiggle the key before it will turn to the right. Original brand new key works great, the copied key not so much.

Good night pick the lock had to drill it out. Took about 30 minutes to come to that conclusion. I had a person inside injured on the floor of the locked residence and locksmith was walking around as if he was on a casual stroll on the beach. And then couldn’t even pick the lock said only two people knew how to do it. If he was going to drill the lock I had a drill could have done it before he even arrived caught a locksmith to avoid that situation

I bought seven of the same key at a kiosk inside Lowe’s. None of the keys worked. I returned them to Lowe’s and they directed me to the website. I sent an email per the receipt and have not received a response. Even though I have had great luck with the kiosk in the past, I will not in the future. The employee made keys for me and there was no problem.

UPDATE: When I called on Monday, the employee promised a full refund for the unusable keys. As long as the credit comes through, the transaction is resolved successfully.
