We got to Paducah in our RV and forgot a set of keys. Mr Orr came out and took care of us and got us into the camper. He called after I left a voicemail and showed up when he said he would. Very happy with his work and response. Highly recommend him!

Awesome! I had snapped off the key for my boat ignition and luckily I had a spare but now I was down to just a spare. I had called several locksmiths and even tried the key making machines without any luck. I decided to try one more before giving up. I called FELT’s and they said we can do it…and they did. GREAT SERVICE and very accommodating. Fantastic. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I need another key I know who to call! 5 star!

I used the KeyMe automated machine at the Paducah, KY, Rural King store, to make 2 keys. By buying 2 keys, I got a third (same key) made for free. My total cost was $11.62. It was as easy as purchasing a soda from a machine. I compared the keys with my original, before I left the store, and again in the lock at home. Perfect!
I would definitely recommend using the KeyMe machine.

Originally went to the Newport location, but they didn’t have the keys I needed. He called the Erlanger location, they pulled my order, and had it waiting when I got there. I copied the keys myself, but they were very nice people.

The Minute Key machine to duplicate my key was easy to use and the price was fair. The key copy doesn’t slide into the keyhole as well as the original (which is also new), but it isn’t difficult to use and it works just as well as the master key when turning the lock. I would use Minute Key again.

I am torn on liking or disliking the ability to digitally save my key, but I lean towards disliking. I chose not to digitally save my key because it’s new to me and from my perspective, it’s bad enough hackers can get access to my bank account, I’m worried they could access my house or car if they hacked my email address.

Hands down. This is the best place for anything hardware. The staff is insanely friendly and helpful, and creates a fantastic shopping experience. Chuck is my favorite, he is probably one of the most knowledgeable locksmiths I have ever met and just a great guy.

The kiosk I used did not provide my key the first purchase which is why I gave only one-star. I called the number on the kiosk and the agent was very helpful in assisting me with having another key made at no further costs. For that agent I would provide a 5-star approval!
