only reason 3 stars is because the machine said hey make a key only 4 dollars then it adds 24 cent yea I know this is taxes but it’s that kinda deception that leads to mistrust in such simple circumstance if it’s 4 dollars make that tax included the only way I found this out was though my credit card app because I don’t recall it ever saying four dollars plus taxes!! 24 cents is not that big of a deal breaker but I just feel lied to about it
every 4 customers is relatively a dollar add that up over 1000 nds of customers

On vacation with my toddler grandson and left my keys inside the car at Cumberland Falls! I was able to find them even though cell service was sketchy. I got a hold of the nicest gentleman Nick and even though we were out of his location he made his way to us! So thankful!

Lost the key to my Jeep and needed a replacement made, but I knew it’d have to be cut and programmed. This guy was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He came very quickly, in the pouring rain, he made me 2 keys, cut them and programmed the key fobs and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Very reasonable price!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and this company will be the one to call if I should need this service again.

Great people to call when you lock yourself outta the car! Was closing time for them but still sent someone out very quickly. I had it open a few seconds before he got there but the guy was super nice, polite and very quick. Would highly recommend them if you get locked out of your vehicle!

I could not get anyone to make a spare key for my 1976 Harley Davidson anywhere. Jim made me a spare no problem. Additionally, he was instrumental in repairing a back door at my business. Could not recommend him enough.

I just wanna share my experience with this wonderful company. I was in Ohio getting gas on a road trip to North Carolina. I had somehow thought it was a good idea to put the keys in the car while filling my tank without realizing the car would automatically lock after I shut the door. (I have never been to Ohio before mind you), I get done filling the tank, and my girlfriend comes out of the gas station and asks me where the keys are I say they’re in the car and we both realize we are trapped in Ohio in a relatively rural area that we have never been to. We start looking up locksmiths in the area and all of them say they’re out of our service area. We finally found this company and it was our saving grace, the wait wasn’t too long about a hour and a half, and it was generally a reasonable price a little more expensive but we were in the middle of nowhere so understandable. A BIG THANK YOU TO KEYME you guys saved our trip!!

They market all over that they are 24/7 and can fix any lock yet they don’t return calls. I called on a Friday at 2:30 and left message my lock was locked and would not unlock on my front door. No return call. I heard nothing all weekend. Monday I called again. Left another message. They say they will return calls promptly. Left both messages on recorders due to no one answers. Still no call and it’s Thursday evening, 6 days after original call. Pathetic way to do business. No excuse. Change your marketing if you can’t deliver.

Technician was extremely rude and slow. Took him nearly an hour to program a new key (without my remote start button) And when he was asked to move because he was blocking the road slightly and stopping another resident of the home from parking he got rude and defensive. Slamming my car door multiple times was also not appreciated. For 350 dollars I would’ve expected a nicer service.
