I highly recommend Lockology. We called them to have the locks rekeyed or replaced on our home. Mike did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person. He even noticed our door needed to be adjusted and took care of it without charging anything. Will definitely call him again.

On vacation with my toddler grandson and left my keys inside the car at Cumberland Falls! I was able to find them even though cell service was sketchy. I got a hold of the nicest gentleman Nick and even though we were out of his location he made his way to us! So thankful!

Lost the key to my Jeep and needed a replacement made, but I knew it’d have to be cut and programmed. This guy was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He came very quickly, in the pouring rain, he made me 2 keys, cut them and programmed the key fobs and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Very reasonable price!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and this company will be the one to call if I should need this service again.

We had a very good experience. I would definitely recommend we have tried two other places to get keys made, and they did not work but every time we use the machine, it always produces the right key.

I could not get anyone to make a spare key for my 1976 Harley Davidson anywhere. Jim made me a spare no problem. Additionally, he was instrumental in repairing a back door at my business. Could not recommend him enough.

I just wanna share my experience with this wonderful company. I was in Ohio getting gas on a road trip to North Carolina. I had somehow thought it was a good idea to put the keys in the car while filling my tank without realizing the car would automatically lock after I shut the door. (I have never been to Ohio before mind you), I get done filling the tank, and my girlfriend comes out of the gas station and asks me where the keys are I say they’re in the car and we both realize we are trapped in Ohio in a relatively rural area that we have never been to. We start looking up locksmiths in the area and all of them say they’re out of our service area. We finally found this company and it was our saving grace, the wait wasn’t too long about a hour and a half, and it was generally a reasonable price a little more expensive but we were in the middle of nowhere so understandable. A BIG THANK YOU TO KEYME you guys saved our trip!!

I’ve had several keys made here and they all work perfectly. Been to similar places before and keys wouldn’t turn. I highly recommend for your key needs. Pretty good value for the money also
