Broke my bike lock key that holds my ladders securely on my rack while at a job. Wasn’t sure I would even be able to replace it. Found a locksmith that wasn’t just an automated machine since I wasn’t sure if a machine could take a broken key and duplicate it correctly. Joe was able to find a matching replacement after several that were listed as a Master key copy. I had nearly given up and was about to have the lock just removed and go replace the whole thing. But Joe was determined to find the key that would work. And that’s exactly what he did. And just in case that situation ever happened again, Joe was able to make two copies so I could have a spare kept at my office. Any type of key I’m confident Joe could get you a duplicate. So much better experience than hoping a machine could do the same job. Will definitely be back for any key needs!

Locked keys in my car before work at 8am. They were here super fast, on site within like 15 min. I was back in my car 5 minutes after they showed up, 10/10 would recommend.

My wife called on a Tuesday. Talked to the store employee, regarding getting another key cut for my car. Well Friday comes along. After driving to Parsons on Friday. The store then tells her to come back Monday and to set up an appointment. We don’t have the people we need to do it. So thanks for wasting our time.
Also a couple months back I called the same place and asked about getting the same thing done. Not one time did they mention setting up an appointment then either.

Money grubbing. First off, there’s a hidden fee you have to select this tiny little box in order to remove it. It’s a sustainability charge. It’s an extra buck per key and it’s selected by default. They also want an extra 30% to give you a “good” key. What happened to simple upfront prices, flat fees, and taking cash? I much prefer the older kiosk. If I could give it a lower review, I would. Go down the road to Ace, and get your key cut by a real person. And if it doesn’t work, they’ll give you a refund.
