Keyman was not able to program my keyfob for my mazda miata. It will not let me start my car and his work did more harm than good. I will not go back to him for anything. I was very disappointed in his service. The shop is not what it used to be

The keys that I got first got half of the ends shaved off by the “high precision” upgrade..so I had to call to cancel those keys…then I tried again without the “high precision” whatever whatever upgrade and got back to the house and haven’t been able to make not even 1 of the 3 keys i had made…it…frustrating and im not very pleased with this…I guess I need to find somewhere where an actual person/ human being can make me a key with a design on it rather that in the end do not work at all…20$ later and at least 15 minutes for each set of 3 keys to be done..

If you like being taken advantage of this is the company to go to. Extremely terrible service from both the customer service/support and technician. We requested the new key service. KeyMe promised over and over and over that they would get back with us and never got any sort of resolution to our issues. We’ve done the complaint form they ask you to fill out, the manager is supposed to get back with you. Never have gotten back with us the 4 times we filled this form out. All promised by separate people who just want to get you off the phone and have zero drive to resolve the issue.
The technician was extremely rude and damaged the car. Constantly cutting us off while talking and wouldn’t explain the reason for the upcharges or why there was damage to the car when it was unlocked already.
I can’t begin to explain the sheer amount of frustration I’ve had with this company, and how worried I am about them screwing other people over who just doesn’t have locksmith knowledge.
