The owner came to my house to make me 2 extra keys. Ever since my BMW has not been right. It has trouble starting and shutting off. Called to tell them.No reply. Went to the store closest to me. Told them my problem. They said he wasn’t but would get back to me. That was 6 months ago. Still waiting!! The one star was for the price. Guess you get what you pay for.

I think it’s shameful that you charge an added fee to make a useable product up front. The key should have cleaned up edges from the start. B.S.

The other day, I finally got a key to my house and needed to make a few copies. I went to a place that duplicates keys and asked for three copies—one of which they offered for free as part of a deal. I ended up paying nearly $20 for the two additional keys, which felt a bit pricey to me, though I wasn’t sure if that was normal since I’ve never had keys copied before. When I got home and tried the new keys in the lock, none of them worked. I noticed right away that they didn’t even resemble the original key—they looked completely different in shape and pattern. It was really frustrating because not only had I spent a decent amount of money, but now I still didn’t have working copies of my house key.

1 being worst & being 5 Great. Would give a -5. I put my key for a padlock shown at the of picture. First key is make show picture take 15 min
utes. Second key drop after 10 minutes. Third key after10 minutes NO key. Forth key final drop after 8 minutes. I stood for a total minutes. Called number shown at machine. Followed instructions and listen to them being repeated 6 for minutes. I will filing for the refund. I totally losted time I’ll never get back.
I have no plans of ever using this serves again. Waiting for refund!

Keynes is great. I use it all the time when I need a key.
Keys always work perfectly.
One complaint I have is it used to file the keys afterwords to knock off the metal fragments now you have to pay extra for that.
I might start going to Lowe’s for keys where that is included.

They claimed I’d get buy two keys and get one free showed me the prices cuz they offered me 33 percent off so I believe it was 5.99 for three but one
Free I ended up paying without the discount shown on the screen and when it printed the supposed “free” key it was a plain gold one not what my 7 year old
Picked out and was so excited for so left more stressed than before coming in. And no associates knew how to help and what to do to refund my money. Not paying for a gold key when I can get it from Home Depot for half the cost and has soooo many other pictures to choose from

I made two sets of keys.
one set of 4 keys worked the other set of 4 from another key did not work. I took them back to the store. I was told the store had nothing to do with the key machine besides just have it in their building. I was told I need to contact Minute Key personally. Sooo I will be doing that.
