Keyman was not able to program my keyfob for my mazda miata. It will not let me start my car and his work did more harm than good. I will not go back to him for anything. I was very disappointed in his service. The shop is not what it used to be

My wife called on a Tuesday. Talked to the store employee, regarding getting another key cut for my car. Well Friday comes along. After driving to Parsons on Friday. The store then tells her to come back Monday and to set up an appointment. We don’t have the people we need to do it. So thanks for wasting our time.
Also a couple months back I called the same place and asked about getting the same thing done. Not one time did they mention setting up an appointment then either.

JB lock and are amazing! Highly recommended! I had a key stolen from my pickup and they were able to make a new key program key fob without a key! Works perfectly! He was quick and professional and had me fixed up in less than 20 minutes. Another locksmith had looked at pickup previously and told me I needed key codes from dealer before he would be able to fix. Again so thankful I found them. Obviously writing review to say how pleased I am with JB lock and key. But just want to insure that when calling on a locksmith that you don’t make the mistake I made and just pick first one that comes up on search.

We recently experienced an issue with our safe, so I reached out to several locksmiths for assistance. J.B. was the first to respond and demonstrated a solid understanding of safe lock systems. During his initial visit, he attempted to repair the safe and provided helpful information about its condition.

When the issue persisted, J.B. returned and not only fully repaired the safe but also completed an additional installation to secure the bracket that had caused the original problem. He was extremely helpful, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Our safe is now properly secured!
