I was completely stuck when my ignition locked up and my car wouldn’t start, but Jeremy at JB Lock and Key went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment I called, he provided absolutely outstanding service. He drove all the way to Wichita, replaced my key, and fully repaired my ignition so it won’t lock up again. What truly impressed me was his attention to detail and professionalism. He noticed my door lock wasn’t working properly with the old key and took the initiative to fix it too! Something he absolutely didn’t have to do. Now my new key works perfectly for both starting and locking/unlocking my vehicle! Jeremy was fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I can confidently say this was the best locksmith experience I’ve ever had. 100/10 recommend JB Lock and Key over any other locksmith in the area. Five stars honestly don’t do this business justice! Jeremy deserves far more than that!

Keyman was not able to program my keyfob for my mazda miata. It will not let me start my car and his work did more harm than good. I will not go back to him for anything. I was very disappointed in his service. The shop is not what it used to be

Edit 2: after seeing the 3rd and 4th charge on my card (the two previously non-refunded values), I requested (again) refunds. My 3rd and 4th charges were then refunded.

I’m square now. I no longer wish to give negative stars, but zero stars would still be appropriate.

Edit: I ordered 8 keys, none worked, and only received a partial refund.

The bills came through in 4 partial payments, but they only refunded 2 of the 4 payments on 8 keys. I suspect they do this to intentionally confuse people.

Do not use this keyme kiosk. Terrible experience.

Also, I went to the website listed in the canned reply to my original post. It was the same site that I originally went to for my refund that was only partially refunded.

I wish I could give negative stars.

The keys that I got first got half of the ends shaved off by the “high precision” upgrade..so I had to call to cancel those keys…then I tried again without the “high precision” whatever whatever upgrade and got back to the house and haven’t been able to make not even 1 of the 3 keys i had made…it…frustrating and im not very pleased with this…I guess I need to find somewhere where an actual person/ human being can make me a key with a design on it rather that in the end do not work at all…20$ later and at least 15 minutes for each set of 3 keys to be done..
