I can’t say enough about Denton Lock and Key. Jeff was personable, professional, and efficient. We were having trouble with the dead bolts on some of our doors and Jeff was very thorough about what needed to be done to get all of the locks and doors in good working order. He ended up having to rekey all of the locks and made the necessary adjustments to the locks, doors, and striker plates. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Bradley came out and re-keyed 3 locks and installed two new deadbolt/handsets – one was WiFi. Pricing was reasonable with a flat rate for the service call then letting us know how much each additional job was before doing it. He did a great job. He is professional and personable. Showed up on time, made sure everything was working, cleaned up, and finished quickly.

I have used this locksmith multiple times and has been a good experience until now. I paid this locksmith to get an extra key my son’s Mazda key and key fob which was $600. She sent me a picture of it when she got it from the vendor but my son’s car was not running at the time but she told me she woupd hold it for me till he got it running. He got it running and when I reached out to her she said she lost it. When I asked for a refund or for her to replace the key she said she would look for it again and ever since she has been dodging my calls and texts.
Do not use this company for ordering specialized keys because you might not ever receive them or a refund of your money.
I have given her plenty of time (almost a year) to make this right but she chooses to not respond.
My son now has no key because he lost the one he had and is locked out of his car she is still not responding.
I guess the next step is to take her to small claims court and I will be definitely contacting the Better Business Administration.

Jim was amazing! I had lost my car key and he was able to replicate it within 30 minutes. He went above and beyond for my service and was the only locksmith in the area that was able to do the service and also for a great price. Definitely recommend this place and will be calling back if I need these services again.

Kiosk was quick BUT my key doesn’t work. I think the side ridges are too deep and so now I’ve just thrown away $11 for a key that doesn’t work when 4 of us tested it to see and still no go.
