I got Great response time. Had to leave a message and they returned a call about an hour later and came out the next morning to repair my garage door. Got it done fast and a lot less expensive than I anticipated!!

Keyman was not able to program my keyfob for my mazda miata. It will not let me start my car and his work did more harm than good. I will not go back to him for anything. I was very disappointed in his service. The shop is not what it used to be

My wife called on a Tuesday. Talked to the store employee, regarding getting another key cut for my car. Well Friday comes along. After driving to Parsons on Friday. The store then tells her to come back Monday and to set up an appointment. We don’t have the people we need to do it. So thanks for wasting our time.
Also a couple months back I called the same place and asked about getting the same thing done. Not one time did they mention setting up an appointment then either.

Me and Dad are traveling out of state and we locked our keys in our car and called D&B Lock and Key, suggested from my 911 phone call, and he was there within 10 minutes, had the car open in 2 minutes, amazing service, made something terrible a lot better, very quickly and affordably! Very very pleased!

Money grubbing. First off, there’s a hidden fee you have to select this tiny little box in order to remove it. It’s a sustainability charge. It’s an extra buck per key and it’s selected by default. They also want an extra 30% to give you a “good” key. What happened to simple upfront prices, flat fees, and taking cash? I much prefer the older kiosk. If I could give it a lower review, I would. Go down the road to Ace, and get your key cut by a real person. And if it doesn’t work, they’ll give you a refund.

Ordered a key fob for my Jeep and was told they would call me when the fob comes in the next Friday. Friday comes, I called around 2pm since I never received any updates. The guy I spoke to informed me that my fob arrived and was there with a sticky note with my name on it, but the technician that knew how to install it was out in Gardner and didn’t know when he would be done. He proceeded to say he would call me sometime later that afternoon whenever he got back. This was January 16th. I have yet to hear anything back. I do not recommend! I will take my business elsewhere.

Never again! He got the code off of a computer. Brought the key home didn’t work. Pulled the door lock and took it in. Got another key. They don’t guarantee their work. He charged another $30. WON’T RECOMMEND WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN! Should really be ZERO STARS!!!
