It’s a hard feeling when your wife calls explaining they locked their only key to their vehicle in the car, and you don’t have a way to get too her. After speaking with their friendly receptionist, they told me they’d get to her in about 20 minutes. I believe it took just about that long for her to get home with her vehicle. Keyman was not able to program my keyfob for my mazda miata. It will not let me start my car and his work did more harm than good. I will not go back to him for anything. I was very disappointed in his service. The shop is not what it used to be

My wife called on a Tuesday. Talked to the store employee, regarding getting another key cut for my car. Well Friday comes along. After driving to Parsons on Friday. The store then tells her to come back Monday and to set up an appointment. We don’t have the people we need to do it. So thanks for wasting our time.
Also a couple months back I called the same place and asked about getting the same thing done. Not one time did they mention setting up an appointment then either.

I called them to inquire about some old 1980s Chevrolet keys if they had them. I can say the gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful. I was able to take my busted bent ready to break key over to them and they were able to duplicate it for both the door lock and ignition! Both sets that i purchased worked great! I definitely recommend them the price was fair and i was out the door in less than 5 minutes!!! Thank you!
