I called just to get a quote about programing my new key fob. They answered so professionally and clear I thought it was a high end Automated machine. Today its been one thing after another,and even after closing some money,and waking up late and when I didn’t think things were not gonna work out locksmith Shane seemed like a superhero at the time he stayed patient and understanding us having a few laughs really toned my anxiety down to where I could focus enough and Shane was cool 😎 all the way around..hands down I’ll be calling and requesting Shane again but hopefully not for a locksmith any time soon lol but definitely should asked if he wanted to have a beer and game of pool sometime… thank you Shane for your awesome service today

Awessssome!! And so fast! My only functional key just broke out of the blue at 2:00 on a Saturday. I called Bens lock and key and In less then an hour I had a new one ready to go and I didnt even have to leave my house. Tyler is great and saved me from having a very stressful night.

I can’t recommend Pacific Lock & Key enough! I was having an issue with not being able to lock my car doors, and whenever I locked myself out, I had to use airbag tools to get back in. Every time I did, my car alarm would start blaring, which was extremely frustrating.

I explained my situation to Valeny and let him know I was struggling financially. He was incredibly understanding and offered me a payment plan. He sent me an application, I was approved right away, and the down payment was very affordable. As soon as I made the payment, he arrived super fast.

Valeny was professional, friendly, and quickly made me a new key fob. Not only did he make the key fob, but he also fixed the issue with my alarm so I won’t have to deal with that problem again. Now I can lock my doors properly and have peace of mind knowing I won’t get locked out without a solution.

The service was fast, affordable, and exactly what I needed during a tough time. If you’re looking for an understanding, reliable, and reasonably priced locksmith, definitely give Pacific Lock & Key a call.
