Awesome service. Called before lunch and got an appointment in the afternoon. Professional fellow. He knew what was wrong with my front door lock. I knew it had to be replaced. It was replaced with an upgraded keyless system. Very satisfied with the work. In less the 35 minutes all is done. Thank you,

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m yet to have a bad experience. The service is always quick and fairly priced, and the staff is very knowledgeable for my many x3 questions and custom work required. I would definitely recommend Better Locksmiths.

Went to make a copy at key machine and key isn’t cut correctly waisted $12.00 for nothing if I could give it less than one star I would don’t even bother.

The overall experience was easy and fast. However this is a second visit to the kiosk. Unfortunately my first visit was a loss. I paid for a key that when dropped down was not even cut. This visit I cut 3 keys. I was given an option for the keys at the kiosk and I chose my 3 designs… only 2 keys worked. The 3rd key was clearly the wrong key even though I was offered it as an option. So ive paid for 4 keys and have only 2 keys that work.

THE BEST SERVICE EVER. Got to me so quickly, resolved the issue in no time and was so kind. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Even in -13 degrees he was here working at 9 am on a Sunday. He arrived in 5 minutes, and when I tried to stand outside with him he told me to sit in my car with the heat on so I didn’t freeze. Such a kind person, and an amazing worker.

I made 7 keys 4 of them worked 3 didn’t work and the ones that worked are very thin and bend easily to the verge of breaking in the lock it conveniently placed in the lobby of Walmart and is good to make keys I’ve never had a problem before but this time the quality is not the best I wasted my money
