Bill was amazing! We had a Subaru that lost all it’s keys, and had to get another one cut.
He first told us how exactly to get the master key from the dealer, and then went to cut it for us. Things went a little strange with the key, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and make it right.
He went out in -22 degrees just to take care of us, and was by far the most honorable experience I’ve ever had.
While I hope to never need his services again, if we do, there is no way I’m going anywhere else.

Awesome store and customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and lots of inventory to help you find just what it is you need. Locks? They got em! Keys? They got those also! Safes? None safer! Those safes are so safe I lock locked my nephew in one once on accident, I’d say don’t tell his mother but she doesn’t speak to me anymore anyways. Took the fire department 3 1/2 hours to get him out. I order pizza for those brave men and the lady’s at CPS. Child endangerment they said, it was an accident I said. Unfortunately the shop wasn’t able to do a return on the safe after. They don’t return “damaged goods” so I’m out one safe and one nephew. Point being who needs a safe room when you have a safe that can fit a whole person.

I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! I did not know this was a thing until I looked up from checking out at this local Kroger one day. I was hesitant at first because I’d never had my keys duplicated by a machine, but I was also curious about how the process worked. And it worked beautifully! The KeyMe kiosk is highly intuitive, efficient, and safe. The machine did not have my style of a key in stock so it offered to ship my duplicate keys to my home, free of charge. And I was thoroughly impressed when the keys showed up in my mailbox just three days later. I’m happy with the experience and satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend. 🙂

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

They no call/no showed. I waited for 4 hours on a nice summer day with my three little kids at home because they can only give “morning” or “afternoon” times. I called them at 4pm and they said they would have to reschedule. I asked nicely for a more precise time since I already waited a half day for them and they didnt come. They declined to give me a more precise time. I would not recommend. Hoping I can find someone else to help us!

Used them twice for different things and both times 5 stars they are above and beyond. First time was key fob locked in car. They always answer and a real friendly guy came out and unlocked it for me in no time. Second time was for a replacement/spare key fob and once again super friendly service and above and beyond. Also very affordable compared to everywhere else I looked. Great small business here in town.

I’m sure this is a good service if you’re locked out of your vehicle or need onsite service to come to you. In my case I just wanted three brass keys copied. Super simple task… After running me around between two different locksmiths in their network they texted me a quote for $850 to come to me. Maybe they didn’t understand what I had asked for, but that doesn’t reflect well when the task is so simple.

I went down the street to Bob’s Lock and Key and had the three keys copied in 5 minutes for a very reasonable price. Probably won’t reach out to KeyMe next time.
