I’m a local female resident and the assistance, help and materials I’ve received from every single one of the staff there has saved my loft again and again from overpriced contractors, slum landlords, all the horror stories of the city. They all don’t speak down to women, who are assisted with exactly as much respect as everyone else (not the case in most hardwares stores – and I grew up in and around them). Sean is exceptionally patient and hyper knowledgeable.

For all of those who gave 1 star reviews, I’ve personally experienced entitled attitudes and whining get no reaction and shut down beautifully by them time and time again – they are consummately professional but just deal with adults who act like it.

After losing my spare remote car key, Billy was able to make me a new one quickly and it works perfectly even with all the new features (like proximity detector that automatically locks the car if I walk away holding the keys). Plus, he is extremely kind, professional, and clearly a very good human. I cannot recommend Billy and his business highly enough!

The second time we called Randy. He installed our new electronic lock and tweaked it to fit our very old door. It looks great and feels very sturdy. Randy knows his way around doors, takes his time and is willing to go the extra mile. Would call back. Would recommend.

We were on vacation when we found ourselves in quite a pickle. We were at Busch Gardens and we lost a couple different things riding one of the rides (one of them being my key fob). Unfortunately, the next closest key fob of mine for my car was seven hours away at home. I ended up finding this company after calling a local Nissan dealer to see if they could help me out. They pointed me in the direction of a locksmith instead. It took most of the day to get me a key that would work in my car but that’s because of my car being stubborn. The locksmith had to return back to the shop because my car would only accept an OEM key (which the guy normally don’t carry because they are so much more expensive). At the end of the day, it was our fault for not listening to the rules at the amusement park and keeping a key in my pocket. And even though it took most of the day to get a replacement key, our locksmith absolutely saved the day, no matter the cost! It definitely was not one of the highlights of our vacation, but, it turned a bad situation into only one lost day of vacation.
