We called to inquire about getting a new key fob for my truck and they were very nice and extremely helpful. They were able to have a technician come out within the hour of calling which I was so grateful for. The technician was very nice & let me know what he was going to be doing & had everything done within less than 15 min. He showed me that the new key fob worked with no problems and showed me that my remote start worked also. The key fob did also come with a warranty which was great. I am more than happy with the services they provided & I appreciated how wonderful the staff was. Highly recommend!

Brandon was great! Very professional and friendly! He made a spare key for our jeep including the lock/unlock/self start. It took less than 30 minutes. He also gave me a call to make a convenient time for me and also called on his way with an eta. Highly recommend! Even better they give AAA discount. So easy.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house during the big snow fall today. I called all around to get a locksmith and everyone else said they couldn’t make it to my house. Sean was willing to come to my house in the bad weather. He was extremely kind and got the door opened quickly. I called about a broken sliding patio door lock. They said it would be $160 just for someone to come look at it then another $160 for labor plus the cost of the part which they said could be anywhere from $100-$600.
That felt like a lot so I watched a 5 min YouTube video, ordered the part for less than $10 online and once it came in
I fixed it in under 15 minutes. Insane that they estimated $420+ for something that in actuality cost less than $10 and was completed in under an hour.

They were nice and responsive on the phone though and I’m sure if it had been an emergency lockout then they would have been fine, if not a bit exaggerated on pricing.

I was wanting to be able to get a new key for my car without having to go to the dealer. I tried places like the Minute Key inside of Home Depot and Walmart. The machine could not duplicate the key and the customer service I got was horrible.

Looking for another answer I found this place. The building on the outside may not be that impressive but the customer service and the expertise on the inside is fantastic. They took care of getting me new car keys. I also had been trying multiple times at different places to get an old key duplicated. No problem here.

For any future lock needs, I will be coming here. They have things I had not even considered like safes, key accessories, old style locks to the newest possible. Even tools and other supplies for installing locks. You were friendly and very open about the service that they can provide. Prices were upfront and very reasonable.

I don’t think you’ll find a better place in town.

i had a broken key in the lock of my security door. i called another locksmith who was unsuccessful removing the broken key and suggested that i have the whole lock replaced. I called Broad Ripple Lock Service and the key was removed in about 10 minutes. Robert was punctual, friendly and thoroughly checked the lock to make sure it worked properly with my new key.

I did not know this was a thing until I looked up from checking out at this local Kroger one day. I was hesitant at first because I’d never had my keys duplicated by a machine, but I was also curious about how the process worked. And it worked beautifully! The KeyMe kiosk is highly intuitive, efficient, and safe. The machine did not have my style of a key in stock so it offered to ship my duplicate keys to my home, free of charge.
