Ordered 3 keys and none of them worked. Even when purchasing the upcharged enhanced cut. Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they make requesting a refund simple and quick.

Spare key worked perfectly. Process was very simple but in my opinion, a bit overpriced. With tax, total price for copy of one door key at kiosk was over $12.00. I disagree with one review re: no clear instructions. Directions were clear and easy to understand.

I’m really happy with the service I received getting a spare key programmed. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, which I really appreciated. Overall, great service and definitely worth it-l’d recommend them to anyone needing key programming.

Highly recommend. I came with a stubborn old lock which needed to be set to a equally stubborn key, and he did a great job of “just making it work” – he went the extra mile where I think many locksmiths would have demanded I simply buy a new lock or replace all the existing keys. Will definitely go back for all my locksmith needs. Additionally, there is an impressive number of random but useful items, including obscure car remote batteries hanging on the walls for sale.
