Ron did an excellent job and persisted through the challenges of working on the locks in our century home. I was delighted we could poach an old forged mortise set from an unused door to replace the cheap modern one that had been installed more recently. The gentleman knows his trade!

I definitely recommend! He was very polite and respectful and is an Army Veteran! I needed a key done last minute because mine accidentally bent while it was in the dryer. He was able to help me and get it done in less than 30 minutes. It looks exactly like my old one, but even better! He made me and my daughter feel very comfortable and offered both of us drinks and chairs to sit in the shade while we waited. He even offered us drinks to go.
