Called for a key replacement on my car which didn’t end up needing because a good samaritan found my keys. called to cancel the appt and they charged me a $30 service fee, immediately hung up without saying goodbye after and then immediately had fraudulent transactions on the card. Scam scam scam.

I had problems with my 2004 BMW X5, the remote didn’t work correctly. He came in 25 min , to my house in Westfield, then he reprogrammed my original key , also made me extra key with great service. Total it took him 30 min to get my BMW done ☑️

Technician came within 15 minutes & also helped me deal with scammer who had showed up! If you’re locked out definitely go with this company versus a third-party contractor. Very reasonably priced!

I saw ads for the KeyMe kiosk at a local hardware store online. I found the kiosk, and I followed the prompts on the monitor screen. The machine analyzed the key I wanted duplicated and let me know that it was in stock. It began the process of cutting the key. After making the copy, it prompted me if I wanted any other copies. It requested my email for a receipt. Easy! I successfully tried the key in my lock.

Assigned me to a locksmith quickly. Provided info and said they would be there in 25 mins. 90 mins later no show, called technician and said about 25 mins again. An hour later called KeyMe and they initially could not find my order. Found order and said they would have technician call me. Again said 25 minutes. After no show called back and cancelled. 2 hours later technician called and said he was finally on his way (5 hours after initial call). Clearly they just accept all jobs coming in and do not actually “schedule” you so you have to just wait around all day and hope they come

I stopped by Lowes to duplicate storm door key. They did not have the key blank for it. The salesperson led me to a “Minute Key” self service machine, stating that it probably has the blanks. Further, she assisted me in checking out the match for the key and then let me take over.

I “ordered” 4 keys (paid for 3 since you get an extra key if you order 2). A few minutes later, it reminded me to take the original out and the 4 keys were dispensed below.

The keys were good quality and the newly made keys worked perfectly.
