Purchased 4 keys from Menards and none of them worked. Purchased replacements from Lowe’s and they worked fine. So I wasted $25.11 with your machine at Menards

I received my key in the mail within the time frame promised at the kiosk. And I really appreciate the idea of getting an extra key you may need without actually physically having the key, so long as it has been copied there before and the data is stored. That’s an awesome feature to offer. 😊

You have to wait like 4 days to mail the key. Who buys a key they don’t need for several days? You generally make keys because you need them.

Called in for a service to unlock car. Got quoted $170. Agent was rude and hanged up on me on me when told wanted to see other options. Got serviced by Jimmy Garage and go my car unlocked for $55.

Guy on the phone was not patient at all. Luckily I didn’t need him and saved money. Just remember sir, you need US to make money. We can always find someone better and more respectful. So I would appreciate if you stopped acting all high and mighty when you or anyone’s company for that matter could cease to exist if people decided not to use you. I had an amazing experience with All Pro Locksmith. The owner was incredibly friendly, fast, and truly saved the day. I thought I’d be stuck without a ride until Monday, but he came all the way out to me and still managed to arrive within an hour. His price was very reasonable, and he got right to work while keeping the mood light with jokes and great conversation.

He’s earned a customer for life—no matter who’s open in my area, I’ll be calling him every time. Highly recommend!

I have used the KeyMe kiosk a couple times now and have not had a problem with any of the keys I’ve had made so far. I would recommend them.
