I visited today to have a key made for my older Subaru. Home Depot was unable to assist me, but the key provided here surpassed the original in quality. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. They also offer a guarantee on their keys and excellent prices. Thanks! Will absolutely come back.

American Lock & Key came highly recommended from the staff at our local hardware store (River Ridge). I’ve had two of their locksmiths over for various needs on three different occasions. Most recently, Trevor helped repair a mechanism that would lock, but no longer unlock. He replaced only the necessary parts (saving me around $200). As a mechanically-curious customer, he also explained his work as he went and answered all the questions I had. These guys are quick, knowledgable, and strong communicators. The ONLY locksmith contact you need!

Came right away to fix a door that was locked without a key. They would have done it on the cheap but i opted for a nicer handle with a key that matched my front door so no more lost keys! Left me better than they found me and no pressure to upgrade, it just happened to be best for me. Buy local services, it’s always worth it. This guy grew up here and has even serviced my house before with the previous owner many years ago.

I have gone to them to get a house key made and they were kind and fast. This time I lost my only car key and they did it for half the price of another locksmith in town, threw in an extra key for free, and even suggested ways I could save money. They met me at my car and were more than pleasant. Couldn’t recommend them enough. This type of customer service is rare these days.

Charlie helped me out and he did an amazing job not only was he on time he made sure preparation was correct. He informed me a little bit about the business and he completed the service flawlessly and timely. Definitely will be needing him again soon.

I got locked out of my home safe. I called them and explained my situation they seemed to know exactly what the problem was they had the new digital keypad I needed. I went and purchased it, they gave me detailed instructions on how to install it. Worked great. They were very helpful, returned my texts promptly, and i would recommend them to anyone.
