I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn from Warren’s for a replacement key and FOB, for my mother-in-laws vehicle which is in Bismarck, ND. Although I am based in Georgia, I was really impressed by how seamless Carolyn made this whole process, despite the distance. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and responsive. I was able to arrange everything remotely and they kept me updated throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by their ability to handle the service so smoothly, even though I wasn’t physically there. I would definitely recommend Warren’s Lock and Key. I highly recommend this company. They go way and beyond for their customers. Ill give 100 stars if I could. I needed a key Fob to start my vehicle. Easy to operate. Quicker than hunting down an employee that knows how to cut keys. And they had nice options besides just plain colored keys. Only down fall was that I had to take key off my keyring for it to fit all the way into the key hole for it to be copied. Happy with my purchase!!!

This is my second time having Key Kutterz replace my key fob and they are just amazing. Always super friendly and always up front about what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. This time around my fob completely broke so I wasn’t able to drive it to them to get a new fob programmed so they allowed me to get my van towed to their place after hours. They got there bright and early the next morning and had my fob ready to go when I arrived(before they were even opened) and they took the extra time/skill to cut the key that goes inside my fob as well! When they heard I was a teacher heading to go into work to clean my classroom they gave me a nice little discount which was so sweet and amazing of them! I cannot recommend this place enough!
A new key fob through my dealership was quoted $400- I spend less than half of that when I get my key fob with key kutterz!

The keys they make for us are always made quickly and correctly. My business is contracted with U-Haul to do service calls and when a driver looses a key I am able to get one made while I wait and then deliver the key to the person who needs one. Excellent service and prices.
