Really helpful, I came in asking questions about my key fob blade breaking and they not only informed me on the correct process. But how to save some money as well on programing it yourself. Very helpful staff and impressed with the quality of service!

I’m very upset. All I wanted was a brand new key fob for my Lincoln and I couldn’t get that. I was willing to pay full price and I couldn’t get it at all. I ended up having to settle for something less that barely work for my vehicle doesn’t give me the full access Having to wait all day for something that was unnecessary. Very upset with the service. I appreciate at the end with no charge for the inconvenience but just for time wasted and I’m settling for less. I hate this key I felt like why couldn’t I get the Bob, that was for my car. I waited all day just for my Key fob to barely work. I’m very upset. I called them to do one job and the guy didn’t know what he was doing at all. he started taking my whole door apart that has nothing to do with my key fob and then they gave me this key fob that it’s not even for the my car and then told me he has the exact same key fob in his truck, but it wouldn’t work and I have the same one that just broke like I literally have One that was just made from a A different locksmith and it was a universal key fob and he said he had the same one of his truck and he couldn’t program it for some reason I’m not understanding. Why would they send someone out that barely knows what they’re doing and not send somebody out in the first place that knew what they were doing now I’m stuck with this key fob that really works and God has come out of 350 still to get another key fob. That’s actually for my vehicle very upsetting show you the difference in the key In the in the pictures Down low Kinda exhausted, sad all at once cause all I want was a new key fob and I end up having to settle for less and none of this was my fault only because they sent out someone a technician they didn’t know what he was

The first one is the one I had to settle for the second one is the one I was expecting and also the recent one that I just broken and why I had to get another one and it worked fine for my car not understanding why I just couldn’t get that. That’s the one I wanted anyway as you see the first picture doesn’t have an alarm button and it doesn’t allow me to unlock my doors, different ways and just press the button.
