My key broke inside the lock (building door) they measured 20 minutes, after 30 minutes, they called me and told me 20 more minutes, okay! The locksmith came, he told me the price before starting $245…. mmm okay, he took apart the entire door, took out the cylinder and took everything apart, I noticed he was all nervous, and he said, I’ll go get some tools and I’ll be right back, he never came back! I called him again and they didn’t answer me, I had to call another locksmith to solve a worse problem than I had, and they charged me much more! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PEOPLE!!

I got 3 copy’s of the same key made, bought 2 got 1 free only to go home and find that NOT a single key worked!!!! Wasted 15 dollars AND my time I should have and will have to now go to Lowe’s! Very upset and disappointed

This experience was horrible I purchased three keys only one came out of the machine. Definitely will never use these machines ever again. Rather find a human being to make my keys. The picture is my key and the key I received that had no grooves.

Conveniently located in Kroger grocery. I was able to find the kiosk, follow the simple prompts, complete all in about 5 mins. I have since used the copy key multiple times and it works perfectly. The kiosk copy is a precision cut copy and I appreciate that. Will use again. Affordable. Simple.

When checked, a set of the keys appeared to work well. All keys were not assessed. It took a very long time for rhe keys to be printed, and the price does seem a bit high.
