We were told the locksmith will be there in 15 to 25 minutes. More than an hour and a half later I finally canceled them and called another business. I called three times and each time they said they call me back with an exact ETA, I never got a call. Do not recommend. My poor neighbor was stuck outside for longer than she should’ve been. The other guy was here in 15 minutes flat.
