i can’t believe there is any good reviews for this company. their customer service barely speaks english. they tell you service workers are coming then never reach out to cancel. when you reach back out they are nasty and tell you to “get lost and figure it out yourself”. their words not mine

The kiosk was very user friendly but the prices are ridiculous and every 2nd screen was prompting for an upgrade. I would only recommend if you don’t have time to go to a smaller hardware store with better prices.

Great experience. I needed a key copied as soon as humanly possible for school. I drove over here as I recalled seeing it many times on my trips home downtown. There’s so much parking so there’s no concern there. It is a very inviting building, as soon as I entered I was greeted immediately. A man behind the counter greeted me with a kind and professional manner. I gave my key to be copied and figured I would look around a bit. Almost as soon as I turned to look at key tags the gentleman said “all set”. I was confused at first. How on earth could I be all set? With in seconds my key was copied and I was cashing out. $4 later I was on my away out of the fastest key copy locksmith I have ever encountered.
I am beyond impressed and I have since recommended Joesph Mangione to all my classmates who also had to have their keys copied at a moments notice. So many of us students from Hudson Valley Community College have stopped in here to get copies. Now I plan to continue to share my great experience with anyone who wants to get great service and not copy faulty keys from a big box store cube machine. It was a random decision while at customs service. My best friend was checking out the KeyMe kiosk and I decided to make a copy of my home key. This decision was based on emergency. It worked! He was able to enter my home. This will help in case I need a back up and/or something happens he can come in. This is awesome thank you!

Went to a kiosk to get a key ordered or made was in formed I would receive it in the mail in 3 to 5 days received email with order #. It’s been 7 days 5 business days still no key no other messages from them tried using my order # to track it they don’t offer that on the website. Called the customer service # gave them my order they couldn’t find my transaction with my order # they had to use the last 4 of my card # to look it up. Just to find out that my key has not even been made yet. They didn’t send me anything letting me know about the delay horrible business practice. If I tell someone a customer who has already paid me if I see I’m going to be late I would feel obligated to communicate that!!!!

It went great the only thing is i believe the keys are expensive the custom keys i understand but the brass keys should be cheaper

Called and spoke with a pleasant girl on the phone and then Michael came within 18 minutes of placing the call. He even did a courtesy call to tell me he was on the way and how long it would be. He was super professional and got me into my apartment within a minute. No one enjoys having to call a locksmith, but I’d call this company again in a heartbeat if I find myself in that situation again. Give Michael a raise!!
