Awesome store and customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and lots of inventory to help you find just what it is you need. Locks? They got em! Keys? They got those also! Safes? None safer! Those safes are so safe I lock locked my nephew in one once on accident, I’d say don’t tell his mother but she doesn’t speak to me anymore anyways. Took the fire department 3 1/2 hours to get him out. I order pizza for those brave men and the lady’s at CPS. Child endangerment they said, it was an accident I said. Unfortunately the shop wasn’t able to do a return on the safe after. They don’t return “damaged goods” so I’m out one safe and one nephew. Point being who needs a safe room when you have a safe that can fit a whole person.

Really easy to use kiosk to make new house keys. Price was higher than our local lock smith shop but hours were convenient. Keys worked great!

Keys were fine. Price on my truck key was ridiculous so I did not get one. My 2001 Ford ranger does not have a transponder as indicated and a copy should not be 80 dollars

Had 3 keys made, got home not one of them worked. They did quickly issue a refund. I took a totally different house key back, followed instructions again & went back home, sure this batch would work- AGAIN they didn’t work?!!! What gives? The key I used for it works perfectly so I don’t know why it’s causing issues. Haven’t received a refund yet from 2nd batch. Not sure if I will try either of these 2 again or not. Have used in the past with better success than this.
