THE BEST SERVICE EVER. Got to me so quickly, resolved the issue in no time and was so kind. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Even in -13 degrees he was here working at 9 am on a Sunday. He arrived in 5 minutes, and when I tried to stand outside with him he told me to sit in my car with the heat on so I didn’t freeze. Such a kind person, and an amazing worker.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m yet to have a bad experience. The service is always quick and fairly priced, and the staff is very knowledgeable for my many x3 questions and custom work required. I would definitely recommend Better Locksmiths.

World 🌍 class experience at Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC. The great experience started off with me reaching via email for a price quote and scheduling for a couple of weeks while I budgeted. I spoke with Angie on multiple occasions and she was beyond amazing each and every time with prompt responses and great next steps, friendliness along the way!

Which leads me to today, enjoyed a nice drive to the location and were a bit earlier than scheduled; which was no problem for them at all and Al kindly had me park our car (carrying my wife and our puppy) in the shaded area; which benefitted him and them; that in itself was a convivence; that anywhere that doesn’t care wouldn’t provide! (We’ve all been there and we know when people don’t care)

Al greeted me inside and was super friendly and welcoming! Had a brief wait, while he quickly cut my new Honda CR-V key and than out we went to program the key FOB! He kindly engaged with our “eager to meet him”, 9 month old puppy; as he worked and within a matter of minutes, he was done! I thanked him for his quick, amazing work and kindness and headed inside to take care of the bill with Angie! The amount of money saved here versus going to the dealership/manufacture is easily 3 fold! Which is another reason I’ve stuck with my “franken-remote” for much longer than I would have liked. (Two winters❄️ already where I would end up locked out of my vehicle going to get groceries 😥, sigh. No more!! I digress)

Overall: A+++ experience at Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC! 🎉🥳

This experience was the most, enjoyable experience I have had in a long time and I will make sure to always use Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC for any business needing their services. They are the leader in my list of people to recommend!

I had completely lost my key fob for my Taurus. Very professional and communicative until it was done. I ended up finding my key fob and I was given a refund for the second key. Only took a few minutes to program my backup fob. Would absolutely use them again. Prices are not outrageous either.

I had a very frustrating experience with this locksmith. I dropped off my ignition cylinder for rekeying to match my old key. After waiting an hour, I called for an update — he said it was “done” but he had gone home and would call me when he was back at the shop. Another hour went by with no updates, so I had to call him again to finally meet up. Later, when I installed the cylinder, the key didn’t even work and I couldn’t start my car. I called him after 4 hours of waiting, and he said I was next, but he never came over. I waited the whole day, and he never showed.
Super unreliable, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I unfortunately lost my keys and gave up looking for them at around 4:30-5pm. I had made a few calls to other businesses but they were either closed or wouldn’t be able to make it until the next day around 4pm. I work midnights, so I needed a new fob/key ASAP otherwise I was going to have to cab to work. Mark picked up the phone immediately and showed up by 6:15pm. The whole process took around 30 minutes and he was done. They also were charging me around 50-80 dollars cheaper than the other companies. I don’t normally write reviews but the service that was provided for me was too good not to write a review! 5 stars all around
