Star Lock & Key Co. is a true gem. I went there on a hot day and the store was perfectly cool and comfortable inside, which made the experience even better. The shop is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for any kind of lock and key service.
The customer service was very friendly and the team was incredibly fast. What really stood out was the amazing harmony between the staff. They worked together so smoothly and efficiently, it created a really positive atmosphere.
The location is also very convenient, which made things even more hassle-free. I highly recommend Star Lock & Key Co. for anyone looking for quick, professional, and friendly service. I will definitely return in the future.

Service technician comes out, is unable to pair key fob with Ford Transit. Informs me he will return the following day at 11:00am to finish the job.
11:00am rolls by, technician does not arrive. I call the office and am informed he won’t make it on time, that it will cost more than originally quoted due to my ‘2023 Ford Transit’s security system wanting to behave like a 2024 security system’, and that it would need to be rescheduled for much later in the day.
I work nightshift and stayed up late for this service and lack of communication.
