My key was broken and not allowing me to turn my ignition at all. This was the third locksmith I called and not only did they show up promptly, they made my replacement key quickly, and all in well below freezing conditions. I HIGHLY recommend this business and their helpful technicians. They saved me from a VERY expensive bill.

Super in professional super inconvenience and I ended up in some weird Ponzi scheme where one locksmith is referring me to another and just charging the bill higher and higher luckily in my Land Lord and neighbor were kind enough to help

This place came highly recommended. They came out right away and the technician was great. I would have been a happy customer, had I not review my invoice after I paid it. When I called and asked about appointments/pricing, I was told the service call was $150 or $180. Once reviewing the invoice, the service call was $225. I texted to inquire about the difference. No response from the business for 4 days. I finally had to call and after 3 follow-ups finally spoke with Sue (or Susy) and she listened to my original call and called me back. She stated that they do charge 150 for a service call but the 225 also includes labor, although all services are listed as separate line items. She also stated that the invoice should have been more for the length of time the tech was at my house. I had a lengthy conversation when I set up the appointment AND sent pictures of the locks prior to the appointment. I was very transparent on my end, they clearly were not. If there was a additional charge for labor that should have communicated at the time of the appt was set up. If there should have been an additional fee for a longer appointment, that should have communicated at the time the appointment was set. If labor is a separate charge, they may was to consider listing it as a separate line item on the invoice or at least tell the customer that during the price quoting process. If you like surprise charges, lack of transparency and poor customer service, this is your place!
