I called when I got locked out of my house. Technician arrived quickly, but instead of picking the lock or using lock tools he shoved airbags between my door and the frame then tried prying the door open with a screwdriver. I told him that I had specifically installed weather stripping to make this impossible and he told me if he couldn’t pry the door open he would use the lock tools. So, he had the knowledge and tools but refused to use them. He was able to pry open the door after multiple attempts but damaged the door, the frame, and the weather stripping. Then he downplayed the damage he had done, but since he opened the door and did the job I had to pay. Then he upcharged me $20 because I didn’t have cash and had to use a credit card. Also, the service cost double what I have paid on the past for someone who used lock tools and didn’t damage my property. I sent a complaint to the website and never heard back. Do NOT recommend!!

I had a deadbolt & key problem at my home in Spartanburg near Boiling Springs, SC. Called Bryan with Onsite at recommendation of a co-worker. He had James out to fix this problem and James was fantastic. The entire doorknob & deadbolt system was repaired so a costly replacement was not needed. I highly recommend Onsite Locksmith for your home or your automobile. They are local! Nice people and priced well. Thank you, James (& Bryan).

It was really convenient and easy to do. The only thing I didn’t like was the price. I think $5 for a regular brass key is alot. I wanted a different color or design but $8 for one of those is way to much. Especially when nobody is doing it for you.
