I accidentally locked myself out while taking out the trash and didn’t have my phone or keys inside. Thankfully, help arrived quickly after I called. The technician opened the door carefully without damaging the lock. Really saved my day, highly recommended.

I CALLED THEM ON SATURDAY 5/16/2026 to copy my Motorcycle key. They said theyll be out between 9am -11am and it’s gonna cost $280 COOL! The Very next day they didn’t come out at all I called multiple times finally got through they rescheduled my appointment for MONDAY 5/18/26 same time 9-11am. They called me at 8am to confirm and still NEVER CAME OUT. I talked to the technician 2-3 times and he kept saying he was around the corner. I called the company back and they said they would have a technician call me. NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS AND THEY NEVER CAME OUT

I can’t recommend Pacific Lock & Key enough! I was having an issue with not being able to lock my car doors, and whenever I locked myself out, I had to use airbag tools to get back in. Every time I did, my car alarm would start blaring, which was extremely frustrating.

I explained my situation to Valeny and let him know I was struggling financially. He was incredibly understanding and offered me a payment plan. He sent me an application, I was approved right away, and the down payment was very affordable. As soon as I made the payment, he arrived super fast.

Valeny was professional, friendly, and quickly made me a new key fob. Not only did he make the key fob, but he also fixed the issue with my alarm so I won’t have to deal with that problem again. Now I can lock my doors properly and have peace of mind knowing I won’t get locked out without a solution.

The service was fast, affordable, and exactly what I needed during a tough time. If you’re looking for an understanding, reliable, and reasonably priced locksmith, definitely give Pacific Lock & Key a call. I’m so glad I found them, and they will be my first and only call if I ever need a locksmith again!

Excellent is what I rate this business and definitely the employee that goes by the name Jr.
Junior was not only very professional but a joy to speak with. My grandson was in need of replacing his entire key fob for his 1st car.
Even though the car is over 10 years old, it tends to price very high everywhere. However puget sound Locksmith has very good prices.And with service like Jr. gives I highly recommend using them.
Right off the highway easy on and off by bremington Naval base as well.

Ivan was amazing!!!! From the communication before hiring him, while I waited for him to arrive and once he got here – communication was flawless.
