I called about getting my door lock changed and was told someone would be by that day. No one showed or called. I called back the next day asking for an update and the same guy gave me an attitude about me calling back and said that someone would be by when they were ready. It’s been over a week now. Maybe they’re good locksmiths but the guy who answers the phones isn’t good at his job

I called about a broken sliding patio door lock. They said it would be $160 just for someone to come look at it then another $160 for labor plus the cost of the part which they said could be anywhere from $100-$600.
That felt like a lot so I watched a 5 min YouTube video, ordered the part for less than $10 online and once it came in
I fixed it in under 15 minutes. Insane that they estimated $420+ for something that in actuality cost less than $10 and was completed in under an hour.

They were nice and responsive on the phone though and I’m sure if it had been an emergency lockout then they would have been fine, if not a bit exaggerated on pricing.

Used the kiosk to make 5 keys. 3 keys were perfectly fine. Two keys did not work correctly.
Online refund for the two non functional keys seems to be okay.

It’s a convient location, but unfortunately the keys worked for less than a month and now we are back to having 1 key that works, aka the original. The duplicates made by this jam the door knob and there are times I don’t think we can get into the house. I wouldn’t recommend this especially given the price.
