I had such a great experience working with Ori! He came out to change all the locks in my home to high-security ones and did an amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the whole process. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and made sure everything was secure and working perfectly before he left. We hired Nela to repair/finish a job which another locksmith failed to complete. Luis was responsive, gave clear instructions on what parts I needed to order in advance of his visit. He arrived on time and did a great job. Highly recommended.

The net on our screen door net ripped (someone ran into it. Hehe), so we scheduled an estimate & needed to get it fixed asap. Alejandro came by to provide an estimate & came back later to fix it. Price was fair. Took him less than 30 minutes. He was very polite & friendly. Showed up on time. Its been over 2 months now & we’re happy with his work.

I was in town, and I locked myself out of my car! I kept calling around and no one could get there ASAP! Got ahold of Freedom and they had me back in my car and on my way in no time! Reasonably priced too considering the emergency call!

Someone had tried to break into a box on our utility truck and damaged the lock, rendering it inoperable. Brought it in and Ryan was very professional and was able to get the box open within a matter of minutes. He even provided us with the correct replacement lock for the box. Highly recommend these guys.

This was my second time using Karlock for work at my house and Karl did a great job again. He came same-day to install a deadbolt on a door that didn’t have one. The work was done well and I appreciate the good job cleaning up. Won’t hesitate to call back a third time when it comes.
