I’ve had 4 keys cut and programmed now for my various cars and I can’t fault the service. I contact Michael for a price, turn up at the appointed time with the car, and job done. Alex was at the property in 15 minutes. Gained entry with no damage within 2 minutes (we were locked in and it was getting late worrying about how we were going to get the kids to school the next day). New gearbox was installed within half an hour. Alex explained what had caused the issue (likely the cowboys that installed the door in the first place in my opinion) and showed us how the door should work. It genuinely feels like he installed a new door while we weren’t looking. Excellent service and highly recommend.

This independent lock and key fitting business did an amazing job on my bedroom doors. As part of my business, I needed to install a secure internal and external lock on my doors. The job was done perfectly. There was a minor issue that needed fixing. I called up and the owner came to my property at the earliest convenience to fix it.
