Wish I had read the reviews first. The only positive things I can say are, they did answer the phone and they did get my house unlocked. But charging $275 to drill a hole through a deadbolt plus an additional service call is not reasonable in any sense of the word.

Lesson learned. I would recommend calling any other locksmith before you call here.

All keys cut did not match the master and did not unlock the associated door. Due to the timing of the discovery I filed the teeth to make two of the three keys cut perform their intended function.
