CALL A DEALERSHIP!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Had an emergency during a CP visit. Service rep Dan who was super friendly came out. He asked us about our fob, we told him we knew we had remote start but werent sure how many buttons were in the fob. He presented a fob that looked like mine and asked if it looked the same. I told him it looked similar but I wasnt 100% sure if it was correct, I thought so but wasnt sure. Just losing our keys had me rattled as you can imagine so I was panicked. He tried programming the fob and had issues with getting the car to recognize the key. The car wouldn’t recognize the fob but would allow it to drive the car if the fob was placed into the programming slot. He told us to drive it home and stop at the shop to have it fixed the next day. I asked if we could pay after we stopped and had it fixed at the shop and he said he needed payment today and not to worry shout tomorrow. I just came to the shop and they want another $275 to get me a fob that will lock my car and be recognized to drive it. I do not have another $275 after paying $400 yesterday. I acknowledge that I said I THOUGHT the fob looked the same, but they are failing to acknowledge that they told me it would be taken care of today and that their employee programmed the fob without knowing 100% that it was the correct fob. SHOP ACKNOWLEDGED I SAID I WASN’T SURE! They told me because they already programmed the one fob, they can’t erase it and use it again… well they could but they would need 2 of the correct fobs in stock, which they do not have, and I would still have to pay for a second key fob. Avoid this place and take it to the dealership where they know FOR SURE what they are doing to your car. Very shady practices.

I copied 2 of our house keys. Then I got a free copy because I purchased 2, so I picked another copy of one of the house keys. All 3 copies I had made at the kiosk, and it took less than 10 minutes for all of them. I was sent a receipt via text. All 3 keys worked perfect. I wish they had more of a standard choice because they all look the same but are not for the same lock. I could have waited until my local hardware store was opened and saved about 10 dollars, but I needed them that day.

Tried calling them at 11:36pm because of an emergency and they kept answering the phone and hanging up on me….. multiple times. Very unprofessional.

My son needed a key made for his motorcycle. When we called them, they said if we could bring it in on Thursday night, they could get to it by the weekend. We dropped it off on Thursday night and, Friday the next morning they called and said it was ready. The key worked for the ignition and all of the locks. The price was significantly less than replacing all of the locks and ignition. I would recommend these guys 10 times over. The customer service was amazing and they were extremely informative.
